Raymond Crowe is Australia’s only Unusualist; a world-class magician, physical comedian, trained mime, ventriloquist, inventor and master of intricate shadow puppetry. In the magic world, his unusual and highly creative acts are greatly admired and have won numerous international awards.
Crowe earned a standing ovation from more than 3000 magicians at the FISM World Magic Convention - arguably the toughest audience in the world! He was a GRAND FINALIST on Australia’s Got Talent, has performed on Spicks and Specks (and was their favourite guest for the whole year), The Footy Show, The Today show, The Morning Show and was the only Australian selected to perform on the now famous NBC TV special ‘World’s Greatest Magic’. Internationally, Raymond has performed on ‘The Late Show with David Letterman’, The Late Late show with Craig Ferguson’ as well as T.V. shows in Japan, New Zealand, Russia and the U.K. where he performed for the Queen in ‘The Royal Variety Performance’ alongside Bon Jovi and Russell Brand; a performance that was seen by millions of people across the globe.
His signature piece ‘The Shadows’ has become an internet phenomenon with over one million hits worldwide, and features his astounding and intricate hand shadows to the Louis Armstrong classic ‘What a Wonderful World’.
He also released his own teaching DVD for magicians and been invited to lecture and perform for magicians all over the world, a testament to his world-class talent and outstanding capabilities.
